Purchasing/Returns
All Soft Form Studio wearables/objects/commissions are final sale, no returns, no exchanges - we do accept repair inquiries. If you have questions prior to purchasing or making a deposit for a commission, please email [inquiries@softformstudio.com] and we will be happy to help answer your questions.

Regarding purchases made from other retailers, please contact that specific retailer directly for returns or exchanges. Soft Form Studio can provide repairs only for purchases made from other retailers.

Standard Sizing [Hats]
Note that hats typically fit 21 5/8" (55 cm or 6 7/8 fitted) ~ 24 1/4" (61.6 cm or 7 3/4 fitted) head size.

Custom Sizing [Hats]
One size fits most. If concerned about sizing, please inquire via email [inquiries@softformstudio.com] and we can make you a ~*custom*~ piece to your size specifications.

Commission Requests/Fulfillment
Commissioned orders are handmade, and will typically take from 10 to 30 days to make, fulfill, ship, and complete delivery, depending on the complexity of the piece commissioned. Please request via email [inquiries@softformstudio.com] a commission form and color card if interested and we can give you a projected timeline for your custom project.

General Fulfillment/Shipping
Shipping charges will be generated based on the customer location and weight of the object. Stock purchases will be processed within 3 business days. Soft Form Studio is not responsible for duties on international packages.

We ship with either USPS or UPS domestically. International shipment carriers and timing vary based on the weight of your package and the destination.

Object Information
All objects are handmade by Soft Form Studio. Some objects are made from pre-existing, vintage, upcycled, or hand-processed materials which may change with time and exposure to the elements. Some fibers may shed on occasion. Any such imperfections are considered unique to the special materials utilized in this practice. We believe there is infinite beauty and humanity in the imperfections of handmade objects. Be gentle when handling and caring for soft forms.
